Many swimmers showed a great deal of ability and a host of fast races were contested on the day.
No matter what the stroke, the swimmers pushed themselves to the limit and got the results they deserved.
The students were also encouraged to have some fun and they took the chance to dress up in bright outfits.
The swimmers who progressed to the next level will now be looking forward to taking part in the representative swimming program.
Well done to a group in swimmers in a 17-years-and-over girls’section for the creative way they started their race.
They dove in one by one and obviously winning the race was not high on their list of priorities.
