After a successful season in 2018 celebrating the club’s 50th anniversary, SRFC is looking for some fresh faces to fill the field. The club produces three senior men’s grades in the Illawarra district competition along with juniors and for the first time in the club’s history we will be fielding women's and junior girls’ sides in 2019.
The club prides itself on its family-friendly environment & apart from game days hosts many “off field” events throughout the season to entertain the family and boost the strength of the club’s community. SRFC is also proud to have had many representative players emerge from the club including NSW Waratah Will Miller and Australian 7s star Tom Connor.
At the end of the season the club will tour overseas where they'll compete in the Cambodia International 10s tournament to defend their 2018 title.
Shoalhaven Rugby Club is based on Rugby Lane off Flinders Road in South Nowra. Please contact club coach Paul Connor on 0409 591 892 or junior chairperson Genevieve Coulthart on 0438 444 166, or simply turn up to training.
Preseason training has started on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and the season kicks off on April 6.
