KIAMA product Brett Morris appears set to make his Sydney Roosters debut on foreign soil, after the outside back was named in Trent Robinson’s 23-person World Cup Challenge squad.

After his off-season move from the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs – wear he played 68 games – to the Tricolours, Morris, 32, and his team will head to the United Kingdom later this month, to take on the Wigan Warriors at DW Stadium on Sunday, February 17.
To prepare for the clash, the reigning NRL premiers, who have already spent a week in New Zealand during the pre-season, will spend a week in Paris where they will train against Robinson's former club Toulouse, before they visit the Anzac memorials in the Somme.
"I'm just looking forward to the boys experiencing it," Robinson said to Fairfax Media of the Roosters' planned build-up in a country so close to his heart.
