During this time, the now Shoalhaven High School student, suffered an acquired brain injury.
As a form of rehabilitation, she was recommended to start swimming, which she did with the Bay and Basin Amateur Swim Club.
Since then, Greenwood has gone from strength to strength with the swimming, dominating in the pool at a state, national and international level – including appearances at both the Para Pan Pacs and the Commonwealth Games.
