
ON this week’s edition of the Wide Ward of Sports, Courtney Ward chats with newly crowned Shoalhaven Sportsperson of the Year winner Victoria Davies.
Since we last had Davies on the show, she has dominated the Para Equestrian arena, so much so she qualified for the World Equestrian Games (WEG).

Despite this, 2018 proved to be one the inspirational rider’s toughest yet.
With that being said, Davies, who was also inducted into the Shoalhaven Sporting Hall of Fame at the Australia Day Awards alongside her horse Andaluka Elegido, is gearing up for a massive 18 months in the saddle – which she hopes leads to her making her maiden Paralympic appearance at Tokyo 2020.
