After sending in the Tigers, the visitors at Lighthouse Oval made 9/132 from their 45 overs, thanks to Michael Coulter (41) and Stu Jeffrey (15).
With the ball, Wes Holmes (2/9), George Walker (2/28) and Connor Hawkins (2/29) all took two wickets for the hosts.
In reply, two early wickets by Stu Jeffrey left the hosts reeling at 2/1.
But these dismissals only brought Harley Bell to the crease – who went to score one of the top knocks in first grade this season.
Bell hit six boundaries and seven sixes on his way to scoring 92, seeing United reach the target (9/138) in the 34th over.
Others to reach double figures were Aaron Wester (13), Connor Hawkins and Brad Field (both 10).
Stu Jeffrey (4/20) and Michael Coulter (4/37) did all the could for the Tigers with the ball.
