The 2019 Young Professional Mentor Program is now open.
The mentor program is an initiative of the Shoalhaven Professional Business Association (SPBA) and is supported by Shoalhaven City Council and the University of Wollongong, Shoalhaven Campus.
The president of SPBA, Anna Finch, encouraged young professionals to get involved in this program.
‘We are proud that we are able to facilitate an opportunity to help develop young professionals in the Shoalhaven,” she said.
“Our goal is to support future generations, allowing them to make a career for themselves in the Shoalhaven.
“The mentor program combines social and networking opportunities with personal and professional development and growth, through one on one mentor meetings, knowledge tables and friendly networking functions.”
Ms Finch said participants will be matched with experienced local business professionals and meet once a month over a period of five months.
“Take the leap and make this year extraordinary,” she said.
The program costs $350. For more information, or to register, contact Rhonda McGuire on 0418 229 112.
