A 43-year-old Milton man has been charged with producing child abuse material after allegedly secretly filming children at a caravan park in the southern Shoalhaven last month.

About 3pm on Friday, December 28, police were called to the caravan park in Lake Conjola, with reports a man was being detained by members of the public.
It will be alleged the man was using a camera, disguised by material, to discreetly take photographs of young girls.
The man accompanied officers from South Coast Police District back to Ulladulla Police Station, where he was interviewed.
His camera and mobile phone were seized, and he was released pending further inquiries.
Following investigations, police executed a search warrant at a Milton home about 10.30am on Wednesday, January 9, where they seized several electronic devices.
The 43-year-old man was arrested at the home and taken to Ulladulla Police Station, where he was charged with two counts of film person’s private parts without consent-aggravated, and produce child abuse material.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Milton Local Court on Thursday, February 14.
