The Blasters got to show their skills as part of the lunchtime entertainment during the recent Sydney test match against Australia and India.
It was a real buzz for the youngsters, when they ran out onto the field during the lunch interval on day two, and they loved the response from the crowd while they played a game of T20 Blast.
The players loved the experience, as did their proud parents and coaches.
Being at such a match was a first time experience for many of the young players and no doubt it will be a treasured memory.
Their parents were excited to be sitting near former stars and current commentators Shane Warne, Brett Lee and Mark Waugh, while Adam Gilchrist signed shirts/hats/bats.
A number of the children, later in the day, got Nathan Lyon’s signature when he was fielding at fine leg.
It was just a great and positive thing for the kids to do.
