A Bomaderry man charged with allegedly sexually assaulting three girls aged between five and 10 has been the refused bail.

The 68-year-old, who can’t be named due to legal reasons, faces three charges of sexual intercourse with a child under 10, three counts of indecent assault of a child under 16 and intentionally sexually touching a child aged 10 to 16.
The man did not enter any pleas to the charges which are alleged to have happened in Bomaderry between January 2017 and December 2018.
The man did not apply for bail which was formally refused by Magistrate Gabriel Fleming in Nowra Local Court on Monday, January 7.
He will reappear in court on March 4.
