A Wrights Beach man has pleaded not guilty to high range drink driving but guilty to altering his concentration of alcohol before a test.

Giuseppe Oliverio, 58, was stopped by police at Bream Beach, Erowal Bay around 4pm on November 2 in a Toyota Tarago.
Police allege he returned a breath reading of 0.252.
However, Oliverio pleaded not guilty to high range drink driving but guilty to altering the concentration of alcohol before a test.
It is alleged he consumed three 375 millilitre cans of beers and two scotches.
He appeared in Nowra Local Court on Monday, December 17, where Magistrate Gabriel Fleming adjourned the matters to Milton Local Court on April 3 next year.
