In the early hours on Monday morning crews were called to a vehicle fire on Culburra Road.
Around 2am crews found the utility just west of the entrance to the seaside village near the industrial estate, totally engulfed by flames.
Despite being close to the bush, crews were able to contain the fire before it had a chance to spread.
The utility was destroyed in the incident.
Around 12.30pm Culburra crews were joined by appliances from Greenwell Point and West Nowra after reports of a fire in a paddock and bush area off Mayfield Road, east of Nowra.
With the assistance of the land owners, crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
No assets were under threat during the fire which burnt out about two hectares of land.
RFS said the land owners had not started the fire in the remote section of the property and investigations were underway into how the blaze started.
Later in the afternoon Culburra crews were also called to a suspected structure fire which thankfully turned out to be a wood-fired barbecue.
