Losing the toss the Shoalhaven boys were sent in to bowl.
South Coast started strong getting runs on the board until Flynn Dunn (1/6 off 3 overs) came on to get the breakthough with his first ball.
The Shoalhaven bowlers then started to take control and had South Coast on 5/67 at the 20-over drinks break.
South Coast made some quick runs to reach 110 by the 28th over however Ryan Malecki came on and cleaned up the tail. South Coast all out for 161 in 34.2 overs.
Malecki was the best of the Shoalhaven bowlers with 3 for 9 off 6.2 overs. He was well supported by Jackson Riley (2/30 off 4 overs) and Riley Ingram (2/47 off 8 overs).
Other wicket takers were Tobias Eyland (1/19 off 7 overs) and Thomas Duncan (1/19 of 3 overs). Cooper Bramley (0/17 off 4 overs) bowled well.
Elijah Guyatt was sharp in the field taking 3 catches whilst Harry Wood was safe behind the stumps taking two catches.
Shoalhaven started strong with the bat with Ryan Malecki and Daniel Hylton-Cummins getting off to a flyer and a 74-run partnership before Hylton-Cummins fell for 15.
Malecki reached 50 before the 15th over and was well supported by Will McAteer (14). Shoalhaven were 2/96 after 20 overs.
Malecki fell 8 runs short of his first representative century with the score on 3/130 in the 29th over. His innings was a stand-out for such a young player and included 12 boundaries.
Shoalhaven faced a slide of quick wickets to be 7/152 with only 10 more runs required for the win but overs in hand. Flynn Dunn (8 not out) and Jarrad Griffith (1 not out) played with composure and brought home the win reaching 7/162 in 35.2 overs.
It was a great result for the team who played well all tournament.
