The firm chose the Hub for one of its regular makeover projects.
“The generosity and hard work Customer Experience donated to the hub was incredible,” said manager Kerri Snowden.

“They raised funds to help with all new gardens, fixed our gates and letterbox, provided a new web page design and donated a barbecue lunch for all the clients. They even provided free goody bags and hairdressing vouchers.
“Somehow this company chose us in the Shoalhaven - which was truly unbelievable and the makeover was just so clean and refreshing.”
Hub co-ordinator Julie Bugden said the organisation could not express enough gratitude for what the team from Customer Experience had done.

“When we saw all of the team turn up we went ‘Oh My God’,” she said.
“It was lovely to see everyone pitch in and do such a wonderful job revamping our Hub.
“Everything looks so clean and fresh, our clients will think they are in the wrong place.

“The team were all polite, enthusiastic, friendly and keen to understand what our core business is.”
She said in addition to all the hard work outside, the beautiful food and gifts for clients were very much appreciated.
“We will now have an efficient web page which will assist us enormously to give us more community awareness, to receive donations and an easy path for all our clients to find us.”
