A Vincentia man facing 28 charges of charges over the manufacture, supply and sale of a range of restricted substances.

Grant Allen Stevens, 52, has not entered any pleas to the charges that were heard in Nowra Local Court.
He is faced with one count of supplying a prohibited drug, possessing or attempting top prescribe a restricted substance, possessing or attempting to possess anabolic or androgenic steroid agent and five counts each of unlawfully manufacturing goods for the supply for use in humans, selling a restricted substance while not being a wholesaler, dealer not packaging restricted substances to poisons standard, manufacturing counterfeit goods and supplying poison for purposes other than stated on the container.
Court papers stated the charges stem from Stevens being found with a range of products including Testolone, Sustanon, Ibutamoren, Ostarine, Ligandrol, Pamorelin and Stenabolic, at Vincentia and Huskisson on May 17 this year.
The drugs can be used to treat a variety of conditions such as muscle wasting, breast cancer, osteoporosis and low testosterone levels, but in many cases as they are also selective androgen receptor modulators and can be used to possibly enhances exercise capacity.
Court papers said he had more than 500 30ml vials of the substances.
Police also allegedly caught Stevens with a quantity of methylamphetamine.
The matter will be back in court on January 7 next year.
