Among a feast of activities being served up, watch as TAFE NSW Nowra students and teachers compete in a test of barista skills and hold cooking masterclasses.
Apprentice chefs will test their skills in the Master Chef-style, Heart Foundation Cook-off.
The showcase is held one day prior to the annual Celebrity Chef Degustation Dinner featuring Colin Fassnidge, Justin North and Warren Turnbull.
While the dinner attracts some of the nation’s finest chefs, who work with commercial cookery students, the showcase also draws award-winning chefs and industry experts.

“Guests will be able to learn from cooking demonstrations, sample local food and beverages and enjoy lunch cooked by the guest chefs and commercial cookery students.”
This year’s showcase will incorporate a travel expo, with My Travel Expert staff working alongside the TAFE NSW Nowra events management department.
