A Culburra Beach man allegedly caught with a flintlock pistol, another replica pistol and drugs has appeared in court.

Graham David Sankey, 46, faces seven charges, including two counts of possessing an unauthorised pistol, possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit, two counts of not keeping a firearm safely, possessing a prohibited drug and resisting arrest.
Court papers said Sankey was alleged found by police in Culburra Beach on September 25 with a black replica pistol cap gun and a flintlock pistol.
Police also allegedly found 2.1 grams methamphetamine, better known as the drug ice.
Magistrate Gabriel Fleming continued Sankey’s bail in Nowra Local Court on Monday, October 22, with the matter to return to court on November 5.
