A WORRIGEE man who blew almost five times the legal limit has been placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond, fined $650 and disqualified from driving for seven months.

Patrick Glendinning, 37, was arrested on Quinns Lane at South Nowra around 3.40pm on February 8 this year after his vehicle had been involved in an accident with another vehicle.
Court papers said Glendinning produced a positive breath test and later a reading of 0.249.
He pleaded guilty to high-range drink driving, negligent driving and not giving particulars.
In Nowra Local Court, Magistrate Susan McGowan fined him $650, disqualified him from driving for seven months, placed him on a 12-month good behaviour bond and ordered he have an interlock device fitted to his vehicle for two years.
