Both teams were full strength and a bigger than expected crowd cheered them as they ran onto the field.
The game was fast paced and many commented on the skills as the ball moved around the ground with some great passages of play.
There was hard tackling and spirited contest for the ball but it was all played in the right spirit.
The Bombers rocked the sheds with their song afterwards then joined the Vikings for some tasty treats and bubbles.
The Bombers have been training for only 10 weeks ahead of entering the South Coast competition next year.
They will train to the end of September and resume in February next year.
