The lower grade sides produced more than their fair of excitement on the weekend at Ison Park.
In third grade’s major semi-final the Huskisson/Vincentia Seagulls hung onto beat Culburra 1-nil on Saturday to advance into the premiership decider.
Next Saturday Culburra takes on Bomaderry for the right to play Huskisson Vincentia in the third-grade grand final.
Bomaderry kept its third-grade premiership alive with a 3-nil victory over the Callala Brumbies on Sunday.
The Brumbies also featured in what was a fiery reserve grade major semi-final against the Seagulls on Saturday.
However, the Brumbies got the better of its coastal rival and with a 3-1 booked its spot in the reserve grade grand final.
The Seagulls will now play Bomaderry next Saturday with the winner to progress into the reserve grade grand final.
Bomaderry kept in the premiership reserve grade premiership hopes alive with a 1-nil over the Breakers on Sunday.
