Mitch Johnathan Allan, 33, of Bowral and Hayden Andrew St Clair, 22, of Moss Vale face multiple charges over the alleged theft of a number of items from the boat in May this year.
It is alleged the pair broke into the yacht moored in the Shoalhaven River between May 2-8, and took a number of EPIRBs (Emergency Position-Indicating Radiobeacon), three-point safety harness, a wet bag, binoculars and wire cutters, among other items.
It is alleged the pair then tried to sell some of the items.
Allan has pleaded not guilty to stealing from a vessel in port, two counts of receiving/disposing of stolen property, larceny, damaging property, two counts of making a false statement and having goods suspected of being stolen.
He did, however, plead guilty to driving with methylamphetamine in his system after being arrested in Moss Vale on April 27.
St Clair has not entered pleas to stealing from a vessel in port and receiving/disposing of stolen property.
It is alleged he tried to sell some of the EPIRBs at Shoalhaven Heads knowing they were stolen.
Allan will reappear in Nowra Local Court on October 15 and St Clair in Moss Vale Court on September 18.
