The prizes at the event went to Barry Muller (winner), Bill Hunter (runner-up), Justine Meers (women), Jai Smith (junior), Barry Jouannet (snapper and mystery weight), Phil Muller (fish of month and bream) and Tony Smith (mystery fisher).
Standouts in estuary were Ron Smith (nine ludderick at 3.912kg), Marlene Smith (five ludderick at 2.094kg), Tony Smith (13 fish), Jai Smith (two ludderick), Cameron Rouse (four flathead) and Barry Jouannet (five snapper at 3.880kg), while Phil Muller (seven fish, three species at 6.045kg) starred in the beach section.
Lance Harvey (six fish) and Andrew Sutherland (12 fish) dominated the rock section, as Barry Muller (21 fish), Bill Hunter (11 fish) and Doug Payne (five fish) led the way in deep sea.
Next competition will be held September 15-16, with kingfish as fish of the month.
