Court papers said the 70-year-old, who appeared in Nowra Local Court on Tuesday, had tried to befriend a number of teenagers in the southern Shoalhaven between September 2016 and April 2017.
He became friendly with at least five teenagers, four boys and a girl, talking to them, providing them with cigarettes and alcohol and lifts in his cars.
The court heard he met the teenagers, aged between 14 and 15, at various locations including outside a local shopping centre.
On one occasion while talking to a 15-year-old boy in his car, Fisk placed his hand high on the youth’s thigh asking if he “had pubes yet?”
On another occasion at his property he put his hands on another 15-year-old’s buttocks before asking if he wanted to “f..k”.
One meeting in a local cafe resulted an ongoing relationship with a 15-year-old boy between January and March 2017, where the pair met on a number of occasions, performing a variety of sexual acts on each other, including oral sex and intercourse.
Court papers revealed Fisk initially invited the boy back to his property, where he lived alone, to “smoke some weed” before the initial sexual act was performed.
The court heard they met on a number of occasions over the coming weeks, usually “smoking weed” before performing various sexual acts.
The victim was interviewed by members of the Wollongong Child Abuse Squad before Fisk was arrested in April last year.
Fisk also pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault of a person under 16 and five counts of failing to comply with his reporting obligations by failing to report to police his various meetings with the teenagers.
Court papers revealed Fisk had a lengthy criminal record, with more than 80 charges, in relation to the sexual abuse of children.
He had been released from jail in May 2009 with strict reporting conditions and had been placed on the Child Protection Offenders Register for 15 years.
Fisk spent 12 years in jail for sexual offences against young boys. He was last released in May 2008 and was subject to two high risk offender supervision order extensions, the last of which expired in March 2016.
Magistrate Gabriel Fleming committed Fisk for sentence in the Nowra District Court on October 15.
