Thomas Richard Meldrum Talvi faces two charges of supply a prohibited drug (not cannabis) greater than an indictable amount.
Talvi did not enter any pleas to the charges.
His bail was continued but includes strict conditions, including restricting internet access and entry to Australia Post facilities.
He will next appear on September 13.
