The Nowra Anglican College student was scouted for the international pageant after she took part in a modelling competition.
According to the Royal International Miss website, their focus is to “empower young women while giving them the opportunity to grow and develop a positive self-image”.
“It involves modelling, runway and a bit of everything,” Sienna said.
“I like performing, I feel like it’s a really good opportunity and experience.”
Sienna said physical culture was her favourite style of performance, which she has been doing since she was at preschool.
“I love dancing and modelling, I just want to keep growing in what I do and making people happy,” she said.
“There’s a dancer on one of my favourite television shows, her name’s Maddie Ziegler, I really look up to her, she inspires me a lot.”
