The gala event, on May 26, will see 11 high-profile local people dancing up a storm on stage to raise money for the Cancer Council.
Tickets to the event are $80 each and can be purchased directly from the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre.
“The Stars have been rehearsing and fundraising for several weeks, and we are hoping to reach our target of $50,000,” Cancer Council event organiser Stephanie Lake said.
“It is definitely an event not to be missed.”
Funds raised from the event support cancer patients and their carers in the local area through accommodation and transport services, as well as prevention programs that educate the community how to reduce their risk of cancer.
This year’s lineup of local stars includes: Tracey Coe from Integrity Real Estate, Jessica Davis from Premier Motor Service, Crystal Vas from Power FM; Senior Constable Vicki Ferraris from Nowra Police, Lorrae Sampson from Nowra Anglican College, Hayley Warden from Fairfax Media, Scott Weaire from Horizon Credit Union, Paul Weir from Turfco, Dwyane Connors from Nowra-Bomaderry Jets, Richard Neradil from Southern Fitness and Martial Arts Centre and Mitchell Pakes from Shoalhaven City Council.
People can donate to their favourite star online.
Tickets include canapes, a drinks package and platters.
