Phillip James Smythe, 44, was arrested as part of Strike Force Arctic, investigating the supply of illicit drugs in the Shoalhaven.
Court papers said Smythe, supplied 0.16 grams of methylamphetamine or ice, to two males and a female, known to police, who he met in the Nowra CBD on June 14 last year.
The group travelled to Bomaderry where Smythe supplied the drugs for $200.
Magistrate Gabriel Flemings sentenced him to 12 months’ jail in Nowra Local Court, but suspended the sentence.
