The Doggie Day Out will be possibly the biggest gathering of dogs in costume on the South Coast.
All are welcome to attend his birthday at Shoalhaven Heads.
Bring your pooch to the dog friendly hotel at 1pm.
There will be prizes for best costume, owner-dog lookalikes and the best trick.
Hotel owner Colin Waller said it was crucial to open the doors to four-legged patrons.
“We're dog friendly, we have lots of doggie bowls outside,” Mr Waller said.
“It’s driven by the grey nomad market, and younger millennials who put off having kids, but have dogs.
“Their dogs are treated like children, probably better than children.”
Louie has made it to the ripe age of 16, but he nearly didn’t make it to his second birthday.
Thanks to a $14,500 hip replacement at the age of one, he’s still around, bringing smiles to Heads Hotel patrons.
