Held from December 18-21, Phillips, a former North Nowra-Cambewarra player and Bay and Basin’s Jarrett both helped their ACT Southern side win two of their four matches – to finish fourth.
During the four day tournament, in which ACT Southern battled teams from Central Northern, North Coastal, Central Coast and Western, Phillips managed scores of 9, 64, 49 and 51 not out, giving him an average of 57.7.
The Nowra High School student also bowled 24.5 overs, managing one wicket, at an economy rate of 4.2.
Jarrett on the other hand, only had the opportunity to bat twice, scoring two and five.
With the ball, the Bay and Basin young gun bowled 14.4 overs, claiming one wicket, at an economy of 5.2.
