
A 32-year-old Canberra man has been charged after he allegedly refused to take to a breath test and other traffic offences.

Police were called to Forest Road, Comberton in relation to a HiAce van being driven in an allegedly erratic manner at about 5pm on Saturday afternoon.
The vehicle stopped and a member of the public, who was concerned for the safety of other road users, removed the keys from the ignition.
Police attended the scene a short time later but the driver of the van allegedly refused to take a roadside breath test.
The man was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where he allegedly refused a breath analysis.
The man was charged with refuse or fail to submit to breath test, refuse of fail to submit to breath analysis, use unregistered vehicle, use uninsured vehicle and license expired two years or more.
He appeared before Nowra Local (Registrar’s) Court on Monday morning.
