Kevin Robinson and Cathy Graham married at South Nowra Baptist Church among 100 family members and friends.
The bride was accompanied by five flower girls, Cathy's nieces.
Both have a psychological disability, but that has not prevented them from finding love and long term employment.
Kevin, 66, has been a long term employee of Flagstaff disability employment facility in Nowra for about 40 years.
He is possibly their longest serving employee.
Cathy also works at Flagstaff.
Her family are well known in the area in the dairy industry.
After Kevin's mother passed away three years ago he moved into a unit at the IRT facility in Brereton Street. Cathy lives with her sister in North Nowra.
After the wedding the reception was held at the Pyree Hall.
Next week they are booked on the Carnival Legend for a Pacific Cruise for their honeymoon.
