Stewart’s Arrows side opened their campaign with a strong 2-nil win against Tasmania, before defeating India 7-nil.
Their first loss came in their third clash, falling 4-2 to eventual gold medal winners Victoria.
The Arrows then rebounded with a hard fought draw (1-all) against South Australia, which was followed by a 2-nil loss to silver medallists Queensland.
In their final pool game, the Arrows defeated the New Zealand development squad 4-1 before edging out the same opposition 3-1 for the bronze medal.
Ulladulla product Kalindi Commerford also competed Thursday, September 28 to Sunday, October 8 tournament, helping her ACT Strikers finish seventh – defeating India 2-nil in their play-off.
Commerford, who now has 20- caps for the Strikers, scored scored one goal during the tournament.
The South Coast’s final involvement in the tournament was via Nowra’s Alex Mackay, who represented South Australia – after being overlooked by the bronze medal winning NSW Waratahs.
In his AHL debut tournament. Mackay helped his South Australia Hot Shots finish 10th.
