Berry Shoalhaven Heads Whites started the season off in great fashion against North Nowra Cambewarra at the Berry Sports Complex.
Berry made 6/159 in its innings and in reply Norths reached 10/69.
Tobias Eyland made 27 runs for Berry with four boundaries, Jye Howard-Coney reached 20 runs, Sean Douglas got 13 runs, while Jonah Watson, Oscar Simister and Hamish Martin all made 11 runs.
No details for Norths were available.
Bay and Basin Reds v Berry Shoalhaven Heads Blacks
Bay and Basin Reds lost its match Berry Shoalhaven Heads Blacks at Huskisson Oval in what was an exciting affair.
The Blacks batted first made 3/188 and Reds at stumps were 0/89.
Tyson Walker top scored for the Blacks with 31 runs, while Noah Hinkley 18 runs, Campbell Bramley 14 runs and Ben Godfrey 11 runs all look set for great seasons.
Mitchell Kezik and Marlin McLaren took a wicket each for the Basin.
Batemans Bay v Bay and Basin Green
The theme of exciting matches continued when Batemans Bay took on Bay and Basin Greens at Hanging Rock Soccer Oval Number Two.
Basin Greens batted first and made 4/106, while the Bay made 11/83.
Jonathan McLennan top scored for the Basin Greens with a well made seven runs.
Harry Cox took two important wickets for the Bay.
Bay openers Flynn Dunn and William McAteer started the season with a blaze of runs.
Flynn made 15 runs and William with 13 runs was not too far behind.
Archie Wilson and Jonathan McLennan each snared three wickets for the Basin.
In other games Ulladulla United 7/108 defeated Bomaderry 10/89 and Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens Greens got the points against Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens Golds.
