THURSDAY, JULY 20 MIDWEEK MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE: This Thursday the mountain bike ride will start at 8.30am from the top end of Garadi Street, Aviation Park, Albatross. Cycling to Hylands Lookout off Deans Gap Road and return. An undulating cycle using unsealed road, bitumen with some traffic and fire trails and great views. No facilities, bring water and snacks. Coffee at Jets Cafe in Aviation Park after the ride. Contact: Rod 0428 211 487
SUNDAY, JULY 23, NOWRA, SOUTH NOWRA TO CALLALA BAY: 40km return, moderate pace, some traffic, medium difficulty, sealed road and shared pathways. Starts at 9am from the carpark, corner of Princes Highway and Pleasant Way, Nowra (at the Helicopter). Ride along South Nowra shared pathway, Princes Highway, Forest Road to Callala Bay for refreshments then return via Coonemia Road, Culburra Road, Mayfield Road and Terara.
