Shoalhaven police allegedly find ice in Princes Highway car stop

POLICE are investigating after a small quantity of what is believed to be ice was found during a vehicle search at Bendalong.

Officers stopped a 2000 model white Holden Commodore sedan on the Princes Highway at Bendalong about 7.40am on Tuesday, July 11.

The car was being driven by a 24-year-old Nowra female and also had two adult passengers, a male and female inside.

Police conducted a search of the vehicle and the occupants and allegedly found two small quantities of what is believed to be the prohibited drug methylamphetamine, or ice inside a backpack.

Police are continuing inquiries into the seizure.
