Illawarra Shoalhaven Partners in Recovery (ISPIR) is partnering with Uniting Gambling Help Counselling Service Nowra to deliver the workshop.
‘Making Cents of Money’ is part of a series, ‘Keys for Recovery’ aimed at improving the lives of people with a mental illness living in the Shoalhaven region.
The workshop will be followed by a second on March 14, designed to give participants time to put some of the strategies learned into place.
Both workshops will be held at the Vincentia Community Hall (behind the Coles carpark) and will run from 10am until 2pm. Lunch is provided.
The workshops are free and open to anybody with a lived experience of mental illness.
