A development application has been lodged with Shoalhaven City Council for a 25 lot residential subdivision at South Nowra.
The subdivision is for a property at 239 Old Southern Road, South Nowra, valued at $1.5 million.
The subdivision and associated works including demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a road.
The application has been lodged by Allen Price and Scaratts for property owners Varuete Pty Ltd, for directors David Gray and Linda Lavezzari.
It is the second major subdivision application for the Nowra area to be lodged with Shoalhaven City Council in the past few weeks.
Niki Willdig, of the Tovedal Group at North Nowra, has made the application for a $1.8 million, 100 lot residential subdivision on land bounded by Morseby and Vendetta streets in Nowra.
The land, which backs onto homes on Park Road, adjacent to Shoalhaven High School, is owned by Ostavest Pty Ltd and Chimney Rock Hill Pty Ltd (part of the Druce DP Group).
In January council received a development application for a 21 lot subdivision on the corner of Greenwell Point and Milbank roads, Worrigee.
The proposed subdivision lodged by Cowman Stoddart on behalf of Tim and Wendy Samways for Linkwood Nowra, covers 31.163 hectares and the demolition of four existing buildings to create 20 large residential lots and one residue parcel, which will be attached to a residential zoned portion of land.
