More than 700 personnel will form up for inspection by reviewing officer, Chief of Navy, Vice-Admiral Tim Barrett, and HMAS Albatross commanding officer, Captain Simon Bateman.
Ceremonial Divisions provides an important opportunity for commanding officers to review their ship’s company on parade.
Immaculate dress, bearing and discipline are all important components of the ceremony.
The RAN band will provide musical accompaniment.
Key representatives from the Shoalhaven community and veterans’ associations will also be guests at the ceremony, which starts at 10am.
A ceremonial sunset ceremony, again featuring the navy band, will be held Friday night, followed by the annual Fleet Air Arm Ball at the Fleet Air Arm Museum for more than 400 guests.
