A NOWRA man who pleaded not guilty to receiving a stolen semi-trailer and earthmoving equipment worth close to $400,000 has been referred to district court.

Timothy Wade Duke, 28, of Princes Highway, Nowra, appeared before Magistrate Alison Viney in Nowra Local Court on Tuesday.
Duke pleaded not guilty to receiving and disposing of property, including a 2008 Sterling Prime Mover valued at $250,000, a Freight Liner semi-trailer, a Caterpillar excavator worth $81,000, and a Thomas bobcat worth $47,918.
He also pleaded not guilty to five counts of larceny, two counts of intentionally and recklessly destroy or damage property, three counts of steal motor vehicle, take and drive conveyance and receiving stolen property.
He will appear in district court on July 30.
