Police were conducting random breath tests along the Princes Highway in Nowra when, at 10.20pm, they saw a Toyota Hilux being driven erratically.
They stopped the car, tested the driver and, when his reading was positive, arrested him and took him to Nowra Police Station.
There the man’s breath analysis returned a reading of .134.
His licence was suspended and he will be appearing in Nowra Local Court at a later date.
