An 18-year-old Longreach man has been charged with damaging a number of external automatic teller machines in Nowra and Bomaderry.

The teenager will face court later this month after being charged with the malicious damage of one machine in Bomaderry and two in the Nowra CBD.

Nowra Police investigated the alleged offences and arrested the man at an address in Scenic Drive at Nowra on Tuesday.

He has been charged with destroying or damaging property and was granted conditional bail to appear before Nowra Local Court on July 21.
