LOCAL girl Georgina Pratt from Berry, who has been playing with the Burradoo polocrosse club since a junior, was selected as an under 21 NSW Polocrosse Ambassador to travel to the United States for approximately three weeks.

Georgina and fellow selected players Laura Beer and Matthew North flew out to the United States on Tuesday where they will compete in the Bay Area Tournament and the PDP Summer Invitation Quadrangular series on the east coast.
Georgina will be staying with a host family who will be supplying her with a horse, taking her to the tournaments and on sightseeing adventures.
Georgina is a positive and lovely player who will not only do a fabulous job representing the Burradoo Club, but also the state of NSW.
The NSW Southern Highlands Zone’s last carnival for the season was hosted by the Moss Vale Club at Camden on the last weekend in May.
This was a well attended and enjoyable carnival for the Burradoo Club with the D Open team winning their grade and Lillian Greenslade being awarded the Horse and Rider Combination Prize for E Grade on her young horse.
The season has been an enjoyable one for the Burradoo Club with many wins, awards, laughs and improvement had by all.
