A 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, both from North Nowra, allegedly hindered and resisted two sheriffs sent to evict a woman from the property.
At 12.10pm police were called to a property in Tarraba Crescent after reports a sheriff had been assaulted.
Up to seven police converged on the scene after the sheriffs were refused entry to the property that was being repossessed under a court tribunal order.
The North Nowra residents were arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where they are helping police with inquiries.
