The survey is part of the Get it in Black and White campaign, a joint initiative between the Department of Family and Community Services and NSW Trustee and Guardian that guides people to act now to ensure their future financial, legal and health decisions are respected.
Research show 45 per cent of adults had not given any serious thought to the legal implications of their death or what would happen if they became incapacitated, while 43 per cent of people still hadn’t written a will.
Seniors have three weeks to complete the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/s/planningahead2014
