Shellharbour have only lost one game this season, while their opponents Port Kembla have only won one, so it is fair enough to say it will be an upset if anything different happens at Ron Costello Oval on Sunday.
The Sharks were well represented in last week’s Group 7 side, with Bronx Goodwin, Craig Stapleton, Hans Schuster and Harold Snell all taking part, while all of Port Kembla’s players had a week to rest up, which could give the visitors some kind of advantage.
The Blacks look stronger than they were last year, but they are yet to trouble any of the top teams this season, so this is another chance for them to prove they are not pushovers.
The Sharks have the right to go in as favourites, but will need to make sure they don’t take their opponents lightly if they want to guarantee the two points.
