Berry comes in at fourth

FIRE and rescue officers from across NSW battled it out in front of scores of spectators at the Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) Firefighter Regional Championships at Unanderra over the weekend.

Thirteen teams, including one from the Rural Fire Service (RFS), competed in 11 events over the weekend which saw the Dorrigo brigade claim the championship over the Tamworth brigade and reigning state champions, Kelso.

Berry was ranked fourth while the team from Nowra came 11th.
