Two missing found alive and well after cold night in bush

A MAN and a teenager have been found alive and well after not returning to their camp on Saturday night in bush west of Ulladulla.

About 10pm on Saturday police attended the Shallow Crossing camping ground at Brooman after a report that two trail bike riders had not returned to the camp after leaving for a ride in the national park about 3.30pm.

Police with the assistance of SES volunteers searched the area overnight without locating the missing riders.

About 8.10am the riders, a 20-year-old man from Campbelltown and a 14-year-old boy from Thirlmere, returned to their camp site.

They had become lost the previous night and spent the night in the bush.

They were located by a property owner on Sunday morning and returned to their camp site where they were checked by ambulance paramedics.
