The camp started on Thursday and the boys will be put through their paces with individual testing and screening, matches, and training under the watchful eye of national talent manager Greg Chappell, Australian u19 head coach Graham Hick, national cricket centre head coach Troy Cooley, and Australian fast bowler Ryan Harris.
Beckett and Condon could be up in line for rookie contracts or academy positions in their state at the camp’s end.
Shoalhaven fast bowler Beckett made his ACT Comets debut in February playing two matches.
Beckett was also named in the under 19 team of the championships at the Cricket Australia U19 National Championships held last December in Hobart, capturing 12 wickets at an average of 20.92.
Ulladulla’s Condon played all Futures League matches for the ACT Comets during the past season and had a strong Cricket Australia U17 National Carnival, scoring 208 runs at an average of 52.00, with a top score of 116 not out.
