Shoalhaven Mayor Joanna Gash welcomed the 25 new Australian residents to the area at the citizenship ceremony.
“Becoming an Australian citizen is a huge honour and I would like to congratulate each of the participants on making this exciting event,” Cr Gash said.
“Each citizenship ceremony represents a very important moment in the lives of the participants and one that will stay with them forever.
“Cultural diversity is one of the many exciting features of our country and I would like to be the first to welcome our newest citizens to Australia and in particular the Shoalhaven.”
