Operation AVERT 12 began at 6am on Friday and ended at midnight on Sunday.
Police from all local area commands and specialist commands were involved in targeting people wanted by police for numerous criminal and traffic matters.
These included fingerprints and DNA matters which had identified persons of interest to the police.
The local arrests were for outstanding warrants.
